At least your first AG brew day went well. When are you going to do it again?

I hope to be joining you in the next couple of months on the AG front. I just need to be home for more than a week to justify a day being donated just to brewing. Though I have full support from the SWMBO, which is nice

yea i used safale, i make that 6.4% i'm gonna give it til Sunday evening and then i'm gonna keg it.

It's subjective but not overly sweet I wouldn't have thought, it's only a couple of points more than some 3kg all malt kits and it has a higher abv%. You'll have to judge for yourself but I see no reason why this wont turn out to be a great pint

Had a bit of time on my hands this morning so i went ahead an kegged it all apart from two 750ml bottles compliments of Aldi. I had a taste and it tasted almost drinkable maybe a little bitter but hopefully this will fade over the next two weeks.
