Right this isn't over - just you wait until I sample these in a months time - I may have to change their names to Victory Ale or KrystalBrau!

I suppose we could go the other way this winter and see who can brew the darkest stout! - Your haze problems won't matter then!

Ah it's only been in the keg since 4th June so it'll be fine i'm sure, now that i've cracked the haze issues and all :lol:

LOL I'm chilling mine down to 13 deg C in the converted fridge, to be perfectly honest I recon i'm not giving them long enough to clear before drinking them...... :oops: .......sorry :D
