I did some reading on TT's website that mentioned they use Golden Promise malt. I was a little surprised by this. How many of you use Golden Promise exclusively for your ales? I've never used it. Wondering what the differences is between it and Maris Otter? Maris Otter kilned longer?

DaaB, both beers there, especially the GP one are making me thirsty and think of summer....... :D
