A wort chiller is a good investment.
Lots of towels, lots and lots of towels, a heap of towels.

I've got this kit. I asked for the 2nd element in the boiler though, and am glad I did as the brewday can be long enough. Also I have the Brupaks immersion chiller which is probably great in a 10G brew, but doesn't reach down into a 5G brew well, only get a few coils in. The Leyland homebrew one seems to hang lower looking at a few pics round here, or make one yourself! Done 19 AG brews and things seem to be holding up well.

Good luck & enjoy, and dont start too late - I just did my first AG at the weekend and it took us 7 hours! Not that I am saying it will take that long next time, or that yours will - but it might!
The leyland chiller seems good (I just got one) but since it sits at the bottom of the bin, to chill the hotter, upper half we ended up holding it up by hand for 10 mins to chill the upper part of the wort - might try and cruft up some sort of clip to do this next time.
I was interested that the setup your link points to says that you drain the mash straight into the boiler - in that case - what is your HLT going to be?

FWIW I sparge into my fermentor, then transfer back to the boiler when finished. I sanitize the fermentor whilst the boil is on. Works OK.
