Hi
I'm brewing a Mild today but I've used too much water in my mash.
The recipe calls for 9 litres but I used 16 litres confusing it with another recipe.
The grain bill is 3750g and the recipe calls for the mash to be 63C for 90 mins which I have done.
Will this extra water cause me a problem?
I'm going to be fly sparging shortly......
