Adjusting recipes for the bottle?

Post by johnmac » Sat Apr 19, 2008 3:54 pm

I think it's accepted that many brewers have a different recipe for the bottled versions of their real ales. Landlord being an obvious example.

So if I'm brewing for the bottle, rather than the keg, how should I modify my recipe?

I would be surprised if home brewers do?

I could understand if commercial brewers did so to accoi8nt for the increased levels of CO2 in bottle beer, Sierra Nevada pale ale is also supposable one
