Has anyone used 5.2ph stabilizer water treatment from H&G if so was it successful.

I use it regularly. May not work as well if your water is already ok.

I use it every brew day, works for me.

I used to use it, and it certainly locked the mash at 5.2, without any water treatment.
However, I used to suffer from hazes all the time, every brew, with or without Ph 5.2, unlessmaking a dark or stout beer.
I changed my approach using minerals to treat my water. I found that once treated I could maintain ph 5.2 in the mash without the use of Ph 5.2 stabilizer.
There was also a question over whether Ph5.2 locked in certain minerals, principally Calcium, making them unavailable to the mash, and subsequently the yeast during fermentation.
I still don't know the answer to that one.
