Like the topic says, I'd just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has provided any advice for me on the numerous threads I've started or hijacked, it has all been invaluable and very much appreciated. thanks for putting up with some daft questions. this is the best hobby i've ever had, and i love my beer.

I think this site is great. Years ago I used to post my queries on rec.crafts.brewing. But the ability to search out old posts, illustrate with photo's and put questions in the relevent section etc put this so far ahead. (And along with everyone being happy to chip in with good answers here and there ..... also makes is a great site.)

I would also like to say thank you. This is by far the best site on the web for brewing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

From kits to AG; In 12 months everything I've learnt about brewing is from here. Not from books or other resources online or otherwise. Jims is truly your one stop brew shop!
