WE MADE THIS UP WITH LEFTOVERS STUFF,WE WERE VERY DRUNK AT THE TIME :)

Please do not ask why we did it ,who knows


11 litre batch :shock:

Ingredients
-----------
Otter Malt 1kg

Pale Malt 2kg

Crystal Malt 100gm

Black Malt 100gm

Torrefied Wheat 70gm

sugar brown 170gm

Fuggles 40gm

First Gold 10 gm

Yeast Safeale Yeast S - 04



Mash
----
2 hours at about 64C


Boil
----
90 mins

Fuggles start

First Gold 15 min end.


Smells so good,,looks good ,BIG YEAST HEAD time will tell :)

Very drunk and you still manage to document what you have brewed.

Beertools gives a 7% predicted alc on that 8)

ps:Looks dark in colour and smells strong ,hope it taste good too.
