This is what I made 8 days ago
8000g Pale malt
2000g Crystal malt
100g Chocolate malt
2 campden
2 heaped tbs 5.2 stabilizer
67g first gold 75 mins
52g fuggles heat off
2 whirfloc
25litre with safale 04
22 litre with whitelabs wlp005
I got a starting gravity of 1052, so if someone could tell me the efficiency I'd be grateful.
For the last 3 days the gravity has been 1018.
Should I
Bottle/barrel
Chuck in more yeast
Stir them up
Heat it up
They are both very cloudy so in any event I thought about putting them in the cold for a couple of days before moving it on.
Also I was going to barrel the one with the wlp005 and bottle the safale 04 brew, but i might go the other way round, does wlp005 settle "firm" in the bottle ?

With my very limited experience i have calculated that your efficiency is 85%, that's very good
Also, if its stalbe at 1018 i would say its OK to barrel.

Oh, it all went doo lally when posted! if anyone wants a copy it has details of all malt and hops, you just pick your grain bill add your final gravity and volume and it does the rest. Happy to upload if someone point out how... Subsonic
