Preparation for another big brew

Post by Seveneer » Mon Oct 16, 2006 10:39 pm

Went out at lunchtime today and picked up a sack of malt, some wheat malt, some flaked barley, some yeast and loads of hops 8)

I have a nice drinkable bitter planned for Saturday and am looking forward to Andy joining me to dough in. Hopefully we can have a few beers while we're at it. That's while we're brewing not while we're "at it"

My money's on a discussion on refractometers and starting a microbrewery
Don't forget the 'who's got the biggest shinyest equipment' conversation
