Is it OK to mash tonight, run-off into boiler but then boil tomorrow midday-ish? I dont fancy mashing overnight.

I would advise raising the temp of your runnings to 80C to denature the enzymes and 'lock' your sugar profile. Following that you can leave it safely overnight...
