Yep, just cover it up and it'll be fine.

People do do it, some say it can result in off flavors I have never done it yet. Or you could boil it later

Cheers Fellas, dont want to ruin another brew, last one stuck about 1029 ish, tried everything to get it going again to no avail,,,,, down the sink to free up the FV,,, Next door it is then, boil tomorrow,,,
