Pale gold colour. Raspberry aroma. Long aromatic finish. Medium bitterness. Maris Otter malt, soft Yorkshire water and Challenger and Styrian hops.
How do we get a raspberry aroma into the beer and how do we use the computerised software to try and mimic this wonderful beer? Any suggestions would be appreciated as I really think this is the next TTL
