Fantastic debate from an excellent crowd on a superb site :) At the end of the day it all depends on your perception of reality, If it tastes good to you and others disagree then you wont have to share your keg so its a win win situation :=P

i ferment for 10days then transfer to secondry for a week then add gelatin and leave for 2 days then corny it and drink straight away :D lovely
