All done, 24L of 1060 ale is in the fermenter 8)

My digital thermometer was misreading while using the CFC, it was showing the output temp to be about 15 degC higher than actual. I just *hope* it wasn't like that when I measured the strike liquor and mash temps other wise it's a wasted brew. :evil: I think it started playing up after the mash though, fingers crossed.

Got my best ever (brewhouse) efficiency of 77% which I'm pleased with as the 140g of hops no doubt absorbed plenty of precious wort :)

Just needs to ferment and then mature for 4 months :lol:
