Fr*g it. I was feeling smug about getting another batch in the FV whilst I managed to complete a days work (I work freelance from a studio at home).
But there's always something to burst your bubble eh, and I realised I neglected to put the irish moss in for the last 15 mins.
I'm not experienced enough to know whether this is much to worry about. My thought that it'll probably be OK. If not, is there anything I can do in secondary (I plan to bottle)?
Cheers,
Matt
Left out irish moss - much to worry about?
Don't worry about it
So long as you had a good rolling boil you will be ok
If it is a problem there's always auxiliary finings
Everything you could ever possibly want or need to know about beer clarification is here http://www.brewerssupplygroup.com/pdf/k ... Manual.pdf
