It was such a nice day I had too. Glorious sunshine fresh breeze and 5 kg of golden promise well, who wouldn't?

Filterbed on the hop strainer didn't work incredibly well apart from that and not being able to find my camera a grand day.

To top it off there is a small beer festival down the White hart Grays starting tonight so I may as well sample a few pints, for comparison purposes only mind. I rememebr when it was a rough house, in fact it had it's only ambulance bays, yes pural, painted in the road outside.

Oh it was TTL by the way.

barreled it yesterday took a few sneaky tastes , just to comfirm the first and it was excellent in fact better than most kits I have made, straight out of the fermenter I can not wait for it it mature.
