Following my previous post on recipe suggestion
I think I will also try the re-mashing principle trying to give it some logical thinking.
When trying to extract the sugars by the standard gravitational method.
I fell there would be grains that are orientated to shelter the flow of sparging liquid and extraction of the sugars.
By disturbing the grains it would re-orientate the grains and possibly make more sugars available.
How about that for some lateral thinking
