Going All Grain quicker than I thought!

Haven’t even received my ingredients for my first batch of extract brew and I want to go all grain. Just looked at a Basic Brewing video on all grain and it does not look that difficult. Well at least the video makes it out to be easy. What additional equipment do I need to go all grain. I already have a 50liter pot for extract. Do all I need now extra is a insul. mash tun + sparg arm & tubing/ connector.? Also what would you recommend for a first time starter recipe? A nice full bodied ale similar to an Esb or London Pride.

This site http://cruisenews.net/brewing/infusion/ helped me into all grain.

Didn't need a sparge arm. Did batch sparging instaed.
