Another Spearmint-wino spur of the moment brewday

Post by spearmint-wino » Tue Apr 03, 2007 9:52 am

Enjoying these last-minute brews, today's is something based on DaaB's version of Summer Lightning, lightened-up due to lack of malt and called Thunderstruck as a nod to the 2 random strikes of lightning that happened on my previous 2 brewdays, both just as the mash had gone in

Its a sign alright...

Mash well underway and holding steady around the 65.6 mark
