I went to the local hop farm and got some green Target hops. Just done a brew of Dave Line's Bottled Guinness using all green hops and a "standard bitter". Now awaiting the outcome. I also picked up some dried hops from the oast so further experimental brews to follow.

I also have some Goldings in the garden (not cropping too well this year) and used these in a "Russell AK" recipe from the "Shut up about Barclay Perkins" site. First tastings are excellent.

I managed to to obtain 2 bin bags of hops on vine from Freecycle, was told their Golding hops and pretty sure they are too.
I got off what I could as a lot was already browning or gone. Dryed them in the shed over weekend and managed to get 433g of dry'd hops
Now sat in fridge in a sweet jar,

So planned a few brews already

Even better she said If I want them next year I can, and she said I can have a rizhone to grow them myself.
Awesome
Very happy

And that wasn't even a request for them, she reply'd to me offering grain.

Might have to put out a wanted ready for next year
Drink till she's cute, but stop before the wedding

If i can't brew it i dont drink it

That's good to hear, I'm going to do that one at work soon.
