I used Seveneers recipe scaled down to 23 litres:

3kg Pale Malt
3Kg Wheat Malt

Mash 90min
Boil 90min

Hops

Hallertauer Hersbrucker aa 2% 40gms 60min
Hallertauer Hersbrucker aa 2% 22gms 15min (bloomin hop blocks)

Brewferm Blanche

Everything went to plan apart from SWMBO and kids getting in the way all day. That must be why I usually brew when they're out :roll:

my swimbo and kid are out of the country, how's that for getting them out of the way? :D

After today I think I may make them dissapear to my brother in Miami for a few months :twisted:
