I have used it for around a month now and decided to buy because It just did everything I wanted. It is highly customisable (is that a real word or some Americanism?). For example I was irritated that when dealing in weights at Kg level any figures such as 323g would be displayed as .32g. It was possible to open this up again to see what the exact amount was but annoying all the same. I put a question on the Beersmith forum and (much like this forum) got a very quick reply that told me how to change the figure to 3 decimal places.

And how was this done ? #-o

Tools - Options - Units.
The "precision" column is the number of decimal places.

I'm brewing today with Beersmith for the first time, assuming my malt man does not get snowed in.
