Too soon to keg?

Post by Wez » Thu May 24, 2007 6:54 pm

The beer that I brewed on Sunday viewtopic.php?t=4895 has been at 1012 for the last 2 days, it's really fermented out quickly, is it too soon to keg it? I can't see any point leaving it in the FV but may be wrong ? :-k

A good yeast fermenting in the right conditions can get down to racking gravity withing 48-72 hours so if the beer is ready go for it. 8)

Used Safeale s-04 I think it fermented too warm (24/25 degrees) next one's being fermented in the garage.
