My next brew requires Invert Sugar after 45mins of the boil. What is invert sugar?

These guys Ragusproduce it - but you need to buy a whole pallet of 25kg buckets!

I've been trying to find somewhere for the past year who sells it in smaller lots. :(

Try normal Golden Syrup.

The the weight of 449g of golden syrup be the same as 449g of invert sugar?

Last time I used it, I replaced it gram for gram,

btw a medium sized tin of Golden Syrup is 454g (a lb) so is almost exactly the right amount for what you need
