Tonight i drank my only bottle of the first all grain brew i made. I think it was in the bottle 2 months and it was amazing. My lesson is learned, i need 10 more cornies to properly age my beer and brew every two weeks. Also only Monday i was saying that my Chimay clone was horrible but now it's coming around. I drank a full pint tonight in the interest of the forum  it's very strong and that is evident from the first sip but a beautiful malty taste seems to last longer and then a warmness inside, probably some vital organs in overdrive but i do hope to let this one age so i'll keep anybody who is interested informed

Yea i know it sounds crazy but how else can i fully age my beers? Right now i only have two and two fermenters and i only use one fermenter cause for some reason that i can't explain i don't like the bucket type and use only the one with the 4 inch lid. If a beer tastes that good after 2 months then 6 will be great :D
