I'm going to be doing a single malt brew using optic,I have hallertau 3.3%
mt hood dont know what % they are. What i'm after is a nice crisp tasting lager beer.I'm using muntons yeast as you can ferment down quite low,so can anyone suggest a hoping rate that will give a nice crisp finish but not to bitter.
