What should I have in my stores

I am currently looking to put together a big order to get me through the summer and to have something to lay down for christmas.

So what should I put on my order? I will want to brew:

TTL clone
A traditional mild(SteveD's I want to do in the autumn) low octaine and quaffable
Exmore gold clone
A winter warmer of some sought
A Hefe
some single hop varietal pale ales (to get my head around different flavour profiles) hop suggestions welcome
Perhaps a porter too
Thinking of doing a simple Belgian for my Birthday in January

Due to my recipe paralysis if I just put together a big order I can brew what I fancy when I am at home, as opposed to getting low on stocks and not being too sure what to order.

Currently I'm going to order 30KG of pale malt(muntons) €80 delivered
EKGs
Styrians
Crystal 2kg at least
10kgs wheat malt
Challanger

Any yeast suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry for the abrubtness but I need to put this order together soon so July can be a hive of activity, I would really like to have a stash of 10 differing beers to see in the autumn.

I would add the following:

Chocolate Malt
Black Malt
Maybe something like Munich or Vienna Malt

Fuggles Hops
Possibly a couple of other hops as well

Depending on how long you are looking to store the yeast before using go for a dry yeast such as Nottingham.

Those reseal caps are worth the effort of this post alone

I do hate the fact that crown caps are a one trick and they are done

Toying with getting Brambling cross but I don't know if that will add to the confussion

The grain is another world of confussion, due to the need to plan for 3-4 months of brewing.
