Hi there any of you guys care to share your Herms Control Unit with me. Getting parts to put one together. would like to see what others have and any schematics would be very helpful. Any comments or advice really appreciated.

Here is a schematic of my control box.
For My herms I use a 2.8L pot with a 2.4KW cheap tesco element. The temp is monitored using a 3 wire PT100 and the element is controlled using a PID and SSR.

I've gone for a low tech solution.
A Lidl jam maker set to the relevant temp, a stainless coil with rubber hose, a solar pump, a variable tattoo power supply and stop/start switch.
