Just came back from a week of rain in Latvia and first things first i checked the beer
my first time to dry hop so i was expecting quite a lot for 9 days in the keg but what i got was very green flat beer. It's super clear compared to anything i've done already but to carbonate it i guess i'll have to shake the keg a bit? and probably lose my clear beer? i'm only using a keg charger to carbonate so it's hit and miss. I did put a fair bit of gas in it before i went away but it just didn't absorb and when i pulled a pint off it all i got at first was a glass of froth and after i released some pressure flat green beer
