Aroma Hops

Hi Guys
Firstly excuse my ignorance newbie here. When you add aroma hops after boil say at 80c do you cool at the same time or do you steep fora certain time before cooling. Advice greatly appreciated.

Most steep for 15-30 mins. However some more some less.
Some even cool immediately.

As a beginner try 30, and then experiment.
