Probably be excellent, assuming it was decent in the first place.

I've found bottles of beer that are older than that and were ''lost" in the cellar. All have been perfectly fine! I do have a couple of bottles of jubilee ale from 1977, I'm not as confident that they would be ok!

I need to lose a crate so I actually give it time to age.

It should be ok, but depends on storage conditions.

It'll be fine if stored in the dark, with a stable, low temperature.

I have had beer that has sat in my garage for a couple of years with very variable temperatures and its fine.

Do you live near York? If so, definitely bin it. I'll come over and take it off your hands to make sure it goes in the bin, if you'd like.
