LOL
hi all well its been a few weeks since i was last here playing the posting game but i am back .

the last few weeks have been a bloody nightmare but i will post them happenings in the tap room later.
on a bright note and a more positive passion i was able to make a LONDON PRIDE FROM D LINES book and with the formulas kindly pointed out buy" Daab "" the guru of brewu"
the whole sunday session went like clock work what have i done it seemed to be effortless this is my 4th AG and i cut the time down 30 minutes and it was all done packed away and fermenting within a few hours yeeehaaa i can now call myself an AG or craft brewer level 2
i did not do any picture of this session as it was about making some great beer i love London Pride and i did not want to be preoccupide this time so my appologies.
i have tasted my last batch of AG and compared it with a Spitfire and boyo boy its damm close . excuse the taffy pun!

anyway i am planning on doing another soon as i have modded so of my equipment and mounted a few bits.

thanks to all for your help with the "SIR DAVID LINES" recipe adustments i now make a LONDON PRIDE that side by side with the real thing is hard to tell the minor differences and that gose for the SPITFIRE as well.
