I'll have to brew it again but using the recently available London Esb dried yeast and see how different it tastes from s-04

Is this recipe for 19 litres in the fermenter? Roughly 21 liters post boil?

It would be really interesting to brew this using your own tap water without treatment (except for campden) and then swap bottles around the country to see how different water profiles affect the finished product.
