I think a couple of weeks cold conditioning will calm the hops down a bit but it's an iPad so should be hoppy. I recently made a brew with challenger 30g 1.5hrs 20g 15mins and 50g at flameout for 30 mins and its sharp but nice.
Fermenting: Wilkos Cider
Drinking: Wilkos Hoppy Copper (very nice)

Two options, it will certainly loose bitterness over say 12 to 20 weeks but you could blend it with one of your other beers to make a better beer for your taste.

Chris, I have mixed assorted bottles into a 2 litre jug to blend and then pour. If the beer goes flat pour a beer leaving room for a head and gently suck up the beer with a medium size syringe and force the beer from the syringe back into the pint glass and you have a draught pint with little gas . And its better than bottled. :D

The young flavours might just be adding to the intensity too.

A lot of folks think there is no such thing as a too hoppy IPA.
Leave it alone for a couple of months, or more, and the hoppiness will fade.
I'm just here for the beer.
