Re: Ipa very hoppy
I think a couple of weeks cold conditioning will calm the hops down a bit but it's an iPad so should be hoppy. I recently made a brew with challenger 30g 1.5hrs 20g 15mins and 50g at flameout for 30 mins and its sharp but nice.
Fermenting: Wilkos Cider
Drinking: Wilkos Hoppy Copper (very nice)

mmmm.... hoppy iPads
Re: Ipa very hoppy
Two options, it will certainly loose bitterness over say 12 to 20 weeks but you could blend it with one of your other beers to make a better beer for your taste.

Chris, I have mixed assorted bottles into a 2 litre jug to blend and then pour. If the beer goes flat pour a beer leaving room for a head and gently suck up the beer with a medium size syringe and force the beer from the syringe back into the pint glass and you have a draught pint with little gas . And its better than bottled.

Re: Ipa very hoppy
A lot of folks think there is no such thing as a too hoppy IPA.
Leave it alone for a couple of months, or more, and the hoppiness will fade.

I'm just here for the beer.
