Ive done two beers with these hops - a single hop pale and an IPA with a combination of Dr Rudi and citra - both beers have been ruined by sorachi ace - the single hop is disgusting and the ipa is just about drinkable - its all dill! and the flavour and mouth feel especially on the single hop is a bit buttery and slick, but I wouldn't say diacetyl.

It's got a great name not a great pungent flavour...mind I do like a bottle of sorcahi Ace by Brookyln but that's a saison it does have a citrus flavour but that might not be from the hop alone.

Has anyone thought of making some beer batter with this? Dill and fish together is good so it just might work... ;-)
