It rose pretty quickly before it went in the fridge. I put it in to slow it down. I've had a slice and it's really good. Much better than the neat trub loaf, cos it has a sourdough quality. Semi sourdough. Lovely texture and flavour. Like my first AG moment. :)

Just used white bread flour plus a cup of spent grains.
