Hi all.
Got given the Diabolo kit. Smells amazing and the tadte early is promising.
Any idea of an all grain recipe.?

Look for a duvel recipe as that's what it's probably meant to be. Pilsner malt, sugar, styrian and saaz hops if I remember rightly. White labs and wyeast carry a yeast that's the same or similar to the real deal. I'm a big fan of Belgian beers but thought the brewferm kits were pretty poor.

I think it's down to the included yeast.

Getting brewferm yeast is simple. But to be fair, 530 would be a good one

White Labs WLP570 is the Duvel yeast strain. I successfully cultured up the Duvel yeast from a couple of bottles. I used it in a Belgian IPA which was great.
