No idea on variety, sorry!
200g green hops, made a tea with the hot wort, then filtered the whole hops out into more of the wort.
Maris Otter, Carapils, admiral and us-05. 1.036 OG, should hit 3.6% with 73% attenuation.
The hop tea smelled bloody awful so I hope it tastes good or it's getting a load of Motueka dumped on it!
Weird looking ferment for us-05 but I had that last time too.

They were growing at the brewery I work at before I got there, I'm the only person there now so nobody knows! Emailed the previous brewer but he can't remember. They're lemony and smell great so hope the beer is good!
