stout for use with a beer engine

Post by private4587 » Sun Jan 17, 2021 9:55 pm

I recently acquired a beer engine(today) and although its pretty dirty i have been assured that it works. Whilst i am about to clean the engine i am wanting to put down a stout taken fro Greg Hughes book. My question is should i force carbonate it in my all rounder after fermentation has finished should i let it naturally let it carbonate in King Keg after a closed transfer. I realise that i only need a low vol carbonation approx 1.2 Vols

In a plastic keg I’d let it do it’s thing naturally.
