Absolutely.. One size fits.. nobody
I bake all our daily bread. When getting into that I discovered the phrase "panifier vite et bien" [Calvel]
It did appear to be an oxymoron. But it isn't.
It resonated with me and has infused my beer.
"make 'beer' quickly and make it well"
Why? It benefits my family and friends, my health, my plot and my purse.
Beer making helps my loo tank, my compost heep (thus my veggies) ... And my bread. 10% (bakers ratio) ground spent grains, makes a real difference to a loaf.
Or you could say.. I used to be tight, but now I am "environment friendly"
