Tried a litre of me London Pride the other day, great taste but flat as a fart, not a single bubble to be seen, whilst this don't bother me as i've made the best tasting beer ever, i wondered if there is a reason for this?

Thanks DaaB,

I bottled this beer in PET, think what i'll do is bring them back into the warm for a few day's and see if that does the trick.

A question for Daft as a Brush ...

Of all the hop strainers you have shown in the photos, which one did you find most effective ?

I use a stainless steel screen not too dissimilar to DaaB's version and it's fine. Haven't had the hops packing down thing and can get virtually all the wort out by tipping the boiler as the last dregs are being drained. And it cost £1 from the £1 shop Image
