I really wanted to make a Guiness and bottle it but the shop didn't have any Bullion hops so I gave up and bought the stuff for my Haveys brew.
My questions are-
1. Where do I get the Bullion hops from?
2. If I were to put my Guiness brew in a keg how do I get the smooth Nitrogen bubbles in it. I have a king keg with a floating tap thingy?
3. What is the advantage of chilling the wort?
4. How do you carbonate beer/lager? I have a Co2 bard cylinder which I add to get the last of my ale out of the keg but I wonder how you get the bubbles into the actual beer?
