Adjusting recipes

I'm using the Brew Classic European Beers at home book to help with getting ideas for recipes but as I'm going to be dropping down to 19 litre batches how would I alter the 23 litre ingredients to take into account the smaller volume?

Divide the the recipe weights by 23 then multiply by 19
