well going on from the yeast we were given off Eric that he done his magic with from the culler coats brewery, this is my courage directors clone brewed to the recipe from g. wheelers book.hops were from the meet the brewer night too from culler coats. as i posted eariler i totally over carbed it but once decanted to jug then to pint its turned out a pretty nice drop. (defiantly over carbed and needs decanting though)
taste wise its well nice. im a novice brewer and this was my ag 9 but im very happy with the beers im making. so much better than any kit i brewed!

seymore how did you get on with the yeast Eric sent. im curious what the think of it?
lifes what you make it!

That's great to hear and nice to see and I'll leave the one you gave me for while yet having found the Cullercoats yeast takes time to develope its full potential. My first has been in a cask for seven weeks and is a totally different beer now for the better by a big margin after a disappointing start. I think Seymour might still be clearing it out of his airlock.
Looking forward to Monday.

Another pleasant evening despite the lack of alternative entertainment. Looking forward to the next. Thanks to all for all.

Still works fine, just needs cleaning up a bit.
It goes like the clappers so will need either a power controller in the mains line or gearing down a lot (that pulley and belt won't slow it down enough on its own).

I can't get tonight. There won't be anything on at Fitzgeralds anyway, so maybe we can rearrange for next week??
