Northern Craft Brewers January Meeting

The next meeting including the IPA comp. will take place at
Heald Green Village Hall on Saturday 30th January 2010 noon onwards.

Words from CBA on the IPA competition
We will be holding a competition to be judged by all present.. This year is to be an India Pale Ale. 1.045 - 1.055 Please bring along 6 bottles of your IPA. (Brown tapered style bottle closed with a gold crown cap)

The N.C.B. is the northern section (roughly Cheshire to the Scottish
Border) of the C.B.A.
You don`t have to be a member of the C.B.A. to attend but it
is encouraged.

It might be a good idea . . . there is talk of decamping to the Crown inn in Stockport once it is over . . . 16-18 Real ales on the bar, and you can't complete a circuit cause they keep changing them just to confuse you

Grrr i shall be DRY in tunisia - hopefully one of the NCBA meetings will actually happen when i can make it soon - now that I've joined up and all...
