Bunkers hill doesn't open until 12 so for those who fancy a decent pint beforehand we will be trying the King William IV, 6 Eyre Street, Nottingham NG2 4PB this is about 5 minutes walk from the venue and opens at 11 and is a good beer guide entry.
If your travelling by train there is of course the Vat & Fiddle near to the station which also opens at 11 :)

This was the first time I had been to a MCBA meeting and it was a really enjoyable day. It was good to meet like lots of like minded people, discuss brewing and to sample a selection of their beers. Murphy & Sons sent their top man to do a talk on water treatment which was very informative and well presented. We also managed to find time to visit some of Nottinghams real ale pubs! :D

Well worth going to one of these meetings, the next one is in August.
