fatcontro11er is off to munich in the morning for the oktoberfest !
never been before any advise fro those who have will be most welcome!!!!!!

It's awesome, you have to get in early and I mean early, most of the tables are booked for certain times of the day or evening, and you have to have a, seat to get served, we did 4 days 10 am until 10pm..I thought I was going to die when I got home...the beer is great and we, didn't get any hangovers funny enough the waitresses try to encourage you early on to down your beers....don't do it or you will find yourself in bed by midday. The daytime is fun but the evenings are the best ....its, like the greatest party ever. we didn't see any trouble and its the only party where your actively encouraged to dance on tables and act like a tit...I'm very envious you can't fail to have a good time, the only thing I regret was not going into munich to any beer kellers apparently worth a look for any beer lover.
If you like wheat beers the only place to by them is on a carousel weirdly...
