Hey guys,
thought I'd put the web address for our annual competition up for anyone in the Scottish region who fancied entering.
http://scottishcraftbrewers.org/?p=1591
We accept entries from members and non members alike, however as we are a small club we don't accept postal entries so it's probably more interesting to folk who will be in the area that day to come along.
Thanks
Eli

Yeah I have, but.......
I didn't have any 500 ml bottles come bottling (thought I did).
I assume 5x330's isn't allowed ?

So yesterday was our club annual competition and my first since I got the Braumeister.
I came away with;
Gold for Ordinary Bitter
Gold for English IPA
Bronze for English IPA
and
Silver for American Pale Ale
Apparently I was just pipped at the post for the Best in Show too
Chuffed.

Magic stuff, well done.
Have you found your beers to be of a better quality since moving to the Braumeister ?
What set up did you have previously ?

Hey Tuffty,
I don't know if I could say that my beers are better since getting the Braumeister. My brew days are quicker with less cleaning.
Before I had the standard 30 litre boiler and picnic mash tun. Worked perfectly well, I was just lucky enough to be able to get a shiny.

Cool.
Might look to invest in the future as they look very impressive.
Any limitations at all with them ?

Yeah, your run out of space to store your beers pretty quickly!
